Benny earned his Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from BYU-Idaho, Master of Athletic training degree from Texas Tech University, and Master of Physician Assistant Practice from Campbell University. He is also a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) scholar. Benny is Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board. Prior to his role as a PA, Benny served as an Athletic Trainer in West Texas.
Benny’s clinical interests include primary care, acute care, women’s health, and orthopedics.

As a healthcare provider, I am here to educate and guide patients and work with my patients in shared decision making. I want my patients to feel heard and seen and feel they are a part of their healthcare.”
Benny enjoys being active, playing pickleball, serving within his church, and spending time with his family.
