The Eagle Excellence Program is designed by CommWell Health colleagues for CommWell Health colleagues.
CommWell Health encourages the recognition of colleagues at all levels for outstanding performance. The spirit and intent is to recognize and reward the Eagle Excellence of colleagues through well-defined, authorized recognition programs. This is an excellent way to acknowledge your fellow colleagues for their loyalty and dedication to CommWell Health.
The High Flyer Awards are presented to colleagues that have been observed providing extraordinary customer or team service efforts by living out the CommWell Health Core Values: Collaborative Leadership, Learning Environment, Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Value of Valuing, and Team Work.
The High Flyer recipients will receive a High Flyer treat and entered into a monthly drawing for a $25 gift card.
This award will be presented to any CommWell Health colleague/employee nominated by a patient, manager, or co-worker. This award is for a colleague/employee who has been truly outstanding in the performance of their duties and who has thus set an example for all! The nomination for this award must indicate details of the outstanding services performed by the CommWell Health colleague/employee.
All eligible nominated colleagues will receive a letter from the CommWell Health Eagle Excellence Council congratulating them for being nominated for Eagle Star Colleague of the Quarter.
The Eagle Star Colleague of the Quarter Award will receive a $100 gift card and recognition on the website and social media pages.
Eagle Excellence seeks to engage CommWell Health colleagues at every level in the organization. The initiative is designed to engage colleagues at all levels within the organization by participating in structured team-based collaborative work, committing to a quality ethic in all aspects of one’s work, utilizing performance data to monitor and improve patient satisfaction and service quality, developing and enhancing interpersonal and professional skills and fostering the truth that everyone has the ability, as a leader, to influence others in a productive and positive manner.
