A Celebration of Commitment and Leadership!
Four Oaks, NC – July 16, 2025 – CommWell Health proudly celebrated and honored its employees at its biennial 2025 Night of Excellence on Thursday, May 29th at the River Landing Clubhouse in Wallace, NC. Emceed by Commissioner Wayne Branch of Duplin County, the Night of Excellence celebrated the dedication and commitment at the core of CommWell Health’s workforce and development program, Eagle Excellence Leadership Academy (LEA).
The Eagle Excellence Leadership Academy program is built on a leadership and workforce development blueprint, Corporate Transcendence, designed by CommWell Health’s CEO Pamela Tripp, MEd, MSOM. The program engages and empowers employees at every level with the skills, knowledge and commitment to sustain a culture of excellence.

Among the program’s highlights, CommWell health recognized two exceptional employees for their unwavering commitment to the organization; Alberta Dogbe, CommWell Health’s Revenue Cycle Management Specialist received the 2024 Employee Star of the Year Award, and Juciry Reyes, CommWell Health’s Newton Grove/Spivey’s Corner Clinical Coordinator/RMA received the 2023 Employee Star of the year Award.
The program also included the recognition of the Employee Stars of the Quarter for 2024 and 2023: Kelvin Boone, Dr. Rachel Locey, Alberta Dobe, Tiffany Horne, Regina Lawrence, Greyson Barefoot, Gabrielle Henderson, and Juciry Reyes, respectively. CommWell Health employees celebrating 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service were honored for their enduring commitment to the organization’s mission and the communities they serve.
