Mental Health Adolescent Group
An online weekly group for youth to discuss/process challenges in the home, school, and community setting. Topics will vary but may include: mental health and wellness (managing anxiety, mood regulation, improving self-esteem), effective communication, healthy relationships, and a sense of self and identity. For ages 13-17.
When: Every Thursday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

Many people have experienced trauma in their life, some are able to overcome these experiences and others are not. There are many different ways that one could have endured trauma. Some wouldn’t mind talking about their experiences and others might not want to ever talk about it. Let’s get a better understanding of how we are responding to the trauma we have endured and see what will work to get through it.

This support group addresses various issues related to stress, anxiety, and depression. The mindfulness group was created to provide practical skills that allow individuals to cope with stress and factors out of their control. The group teaches mindfulness techniques that can be used daily. All participants are welcome to share the tools they use and provide feedback on what has or has not worked.
When: Every Wednesday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.

Let’s step outside the box! In this group we will utilize various forms of media (music, videos, poems, art, etc.) to work towards improving, managing, and addressing several mental health topics. Through active participation and connections with others, we will explore different ways of thinking and new ways of healing.

Managing Relationships with Mental Health and SA Disorders Group
In the group, we will discuss things such as communicating with partners, family members, work, friends, etc. We will focus on learning/building communication skills, setting boundaries, and how to communicate needs.
