Heidi began her education at the University of Georgia in Athens and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to entering primary care, Heidi worked in bedside nursing at Northside Hospital and Grady Hospital and the emergency department at Novant Health.
