Donna Wade-Smith began her nursing career in 1998 as an LPN. She later received her BSN from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC, and her Master’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, MD.
Donna’s clinical interests include primary care for ages 13 and up, with love for the older population.
Donna is Board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
“My philosophy is to use evidence-based practice to take care of the patient’s individual needs. Realize ALL patients differ in educational level, cultural, and individual needs. To provide patient-centered, holistic care through; listening, gathering subjective and objective data, and continuing to learn and evolve as a Nurse Practioner.”
During her spare time, Donna loves to spend time with family, be outdoors, and spoil her three Boxers.
