He is very excited to explore all of the beautiful nature that North Carolina has to offer, from hiking and camping to kayaking and trips to the beach. Dr. Beeghly firmly believes in maintaining fitness in both mind and body. He prefers to get his exercise by playing golf, basketball, and practicing yoga.
