About the CommWell Health Discount Pharmacy
The CommWell Health Discount Pharmacy offers low-cost discount prescription drugs to our patients. Our Pharmacy is conveniently located on the CommWell Health of Newton Grove/Spivey’s Corner campus at 3261 Easy Street, Dunn, NC 28334. To ensure our patients throughout the CommWell Health service area have convenient access to low-cost discount prescription drugs, the CommWell Health Discount Pharmacy also offers home delivery through the Express Meds program, which includes free shipping.

To expedite the refill process and make it easier for you, please call-in your refills: Call 1-877-935-5255.
If you are out of refills, we can contact your provider for prescriptions that are filled at our pharmacy.
When a provider is contacted by the pharmacy staff for a request for a refill, it can take up to 24 to 48 business hours to be completed.
Please note: When your provider sends your new prescriptions, please contact us to make sure they are ready when you come to pick them up.
We offer Express Discount Meds home delivery pharmacy service with free shipping. We can fill and refill your maintenance medications for arthritis, asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc., and send them directly to your doorstep. Tips From Our Pharmacist:
Bring all your medication bottles to your appointments with your providers.
Unless the prescription says, “as needed”, take all your medications as prescribed even if you begin to feel better.
Throw away medications that have expired.
Do not share medications with others.
Keep medications out of the reach of children.
If you react to any medication, please let your provider and your pharmacists know by calling 877-935-5255.
Tell your provider and pharmacist if you have any allergies to medications, food, vitamins, herbal, or herbal teas.
Please contact your provider or pharmacist if you have questions about your medication.
Let your provider and pharmacist know if you become pregnant or if any other important health changes occur.
In case of intoxication, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
All services of CommWell Health are offered on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. We accept most private insurance, IPRS, Medicaid, VISA, Mastercard and Debit. Payment is due when services are rendered.
