Dr. Glenn is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) family nurse practitioner (FNP) interested in rural health care.
Dr. Glenn began her nursing career with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Brunswick Community College in 2010. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020 from Chamberlain University. In 2024, Dr. Glenn earned her DNP and FNP from East Carolina University, College of Nursing.
She has experience as a registered nurse working in a critical care unit and post-anesthesia care. During graduate school, she was chosen as an NC RURAL Scholar. In 2023, she traveled to the Toledo District of Belize. She completed some of her clinical hours at Hillside Clinic, which further solidified her desire to work in rural health care.
Preventative medicine and primary care. Acute care visits, including simple laceration repairs.
As a doctoral-prepared family nurse practitioner, I value caring for patients and improving the health and well-being of the community by incorporating preventative medicine and utilizing evidence-based practices.
Dr. Glenn enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, traveling, baking, and reading.
