Let’s Prevent Cervical Cancer

Routine well-woman checkups, which include a Pap smear, allow your provider to check for potential problems as a part of preventative healthcare. A Pap smear screens for abnormal changes to your cervix that may develop into cervical cancer in the future. Getting screened at least every three years can identify cervical cancer early – while in its most curable stage.

Most insurance covers pap smear screenings and a case manager that can assist you with appointments, and transportation, and answer any questions you have related to your health care. No insurance? No problem. Ask about our EagleCare program.

Call the CommWell Health Care Management Department at 910-567-7021 to schedule your pap smear today!
