Four Oaks, NC – CommWell Health celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, February 06, 2023, at 725 Boyette Rd, Four Oaks. The Board and leaders of the Four Oaks community placed the first shovels in the ground for what will be a multi-disciplinary primary care practice.
The groundbreaking ceremony marks the start of construction for the new 11,600 square-foot state-of-the-art multi-disciplinary practice. The new CommWell Health practice will offer a wide range of health services, including family medicine, dental, behavioral health, pediatrics, ExpressMeds home-delivery, lab, and x-ray services in a patient centered health home setting.
The CommWell Health Four Oaks practice is scheduled to open in 2024.

We are very excited to break ground on this new modern state-of-the-art healthcare facility that will increase access to high quality and affordable health care in Four Oaks and our Johnston County communities,” said Johnson Tilghman, Board Chair of CommWell Health.
