Since CommWell Health opened its doors in 1976, we have remained committed to providing high-quality health care to all who seek it.

Tri-County Community Health Council, Inc. now known as CommWell Health has multiple locations throughout southeastern North Carolina.

We are a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center. Our goal and commitment are to help our communities get and stay healthy.

We believe high-quality health care starts with compassion and dignity and is available when and where you need it.

Community Outreach and Education:

CommWell Health participates in many community events, and health fairs, providing information on our medical, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services.
