The CommWell Health Eagle Foundation is committed to support CommWell Health’s mission to provide medical, dental and behavioral health services throughout southeastern North Carolina.
Since 2022, the CommWell Health Eagle Foundation has contributed $120,000 to the CommWell Health Discount Pharmacy to assist patients with free shipping of all home delivery medications (Express Discount Meds).
We have partnered with many local businesses, churches and schools to set up drive-thru testing sites open to all members of the community.
To date, CommWell Health has provided over 10,000 COVID tests to communities in Bladen, Brunswick, Harnett, Johnston, Pender, and Sampson Counties.
Now, more than ever, we need your help! CommWell Health and its health care heroes are still fighting COVID-19. Funds donated to the Eagle Foundation enable us to continue to provide high quality care to our community during these difficult times. With just a small monthly donation, you will have a direct impact on your community and the care that its members receive. Your generosity adds up to so much over the course of the year. A small monthly gift from you results in a wealth of care, education and peace of mind for our patients.
Help us help your community! This fall, we have set a goal of $10,000 raised and 100 recurring monthly donations. You can help us reach this goal by setting up your recurring gift today. You can choose the amount that is comfortable for you and then feel great knowing that you are helping the Eagle Foundation.
The Eagle Foundation was founded in 2018 and would not exist without your generious philanthropic donations which help support the mission and vision of CommWell Health. An annual gift is a support gift made every year that can be designated as unrestricted, meaning it will be used where the need is greatest at CommWell Health. Denominations of giving range and can be pledged in five year increments. Gifts of every size make a difference.
The CommWell Health Eagle Foundation is offering a wonderful opportunity for you to support our health centers and patients. This shows your commitment to healthcare excellence through our inaugural Brick Campaign, “Paving the Way…Brick by Brick”.
The Brick Campaign is an inaugural campaign to introduce the CommWell Health Eagle Foundation to our communities. Sponsor a personalized brick to commemorate a loved one, promote your business, mark a special event in your life, or honor a family member, friend, or pet. The Brick Campaign will support the new Eagle Legacy Garden. The Eagle Legacy Garden is a community beautification project that will be located at CommWell Health’s Corporate Hub in Four oaks, NC.
CommWell Health’s school-based Community Mobile Dental Program known as KINSHIP (Kids In School Health Initiative and Partnership) provides dental care services during the school year at Johnston County Public Schools, Sampson County Public Schools and Clinton-City Schools. The demand for the current dental unit outweighs the annual capacity for one unit and we are seeking donations from businesses and organizations to purchase an additional unit to fill this need. For more information on the available sponsorship levels please contact our Foundation Department.
We value all of our donors and colleagues who support our mission and vision of the Eagle Foundation and who are committed to continuing the dedication of Eagle Excellence. We proudly recognize donors in the below giving circles on our Giving Wall as well as our Annual Report. Donor recognition is based on cumulative gifts donated to The Eagle Foundation.
